She spent many many hours showing us homes and she was always prepared, informed, and could always answer all of our questions. She was never pushy, she never made us feel like we were an inconvenience and when we asked for input, she gave genuine and helpful insight. She was incredibly professional, personable, and so fun to work with. She felt like family. Many times we had to bring our 6 month daughter with us to showings and she would happily hold her and play with her to allow me and my husband time and space to walk around and discuss the homes. When we would decide to take a break from our search, Anna was finding and presenting a home to us that met our home requirements. No matter what day - Anna would take the time to look at the property we selected for viewing through a Video Conference. Her excitement for us finding our home was genuine. Any anxiety or stress making an offer to closing the home did not come from Anna or NextHome during the purchase process.
